District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum is a quasi-judicial machinery consisting of a PRESIDENT and two MEMBERS out of which one member should be a woman. It is established as per the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in almost all the districts of India for speedy redressal of consumer disputes.
