District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum is a quasi-judicial machinery consisting of a PRESIDENT and two MEMBERS out of which one member should be a woman. It is established as per the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in almost all the districts of India for speedy redressal of consumer disputes.

On abusing the Consumer Fora in unnatural and filthy languages by the WESCO officer, this Hon'ble Forum issued letter to the Superintendent of Police for proper inquiry and for taking necessary action if found true.
